DESCRIPTION:This mobile elevated work platform operator safety training course is a focused operations and safety training for operators.  All MEWP varieties (Personnel Lifts\, Boom Lifts and Scissor Lifts) are covered in this class. A completion of safety training certificate is awarded by Cranes 101.  Operators who successfully pass the hands on qualification receive a Qualified Operator certificate as well as a wallet card \nMaterial covered in this course:\n\n    Personnel lift maneuvering\n    The mechanics of the personnel lift\n    Daily inspections\n    Fuel/Electric storage\n    ANSI and OSHA standards\n    Safe practices\n    Proper care and maintenance\n    Physics 101\n    Suspension trauma  \n    Working near power lines\n\nThis training meets or exceeds all requirements of OSHA 1910.67 and ANSI A92.22. \nFor more information as to the content of this class\, please view the descriptions here.  \nTraining Length: \n\n3 to 4 hour course\n\nUse this form below to request more information about our personnel lift operator safety training course. One of our staff will be in contact with you soon. \n \n  \n  \nOPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS \nIn addition to equipment specific safety training\, OSHA requires operators to be evaluated on the equipment they operate.  While this can be done by a supervisor\, most of our customers prefer a 3rd party evaluation.  Operators receive a certificate as well as a wallet card which includes the make\, model and serial number of the equipment they were tested on. \nWe offer hands-on qualification on various types of equipment including forklift\, MEWP\, bucket trucks and mobile cranes.  We can provide the evaluations with or without a safety training class\, but recommend holding both on the same day – safety training class in the morning\, lunch break\, qualifications in the afternoon.
