If you need assistance\, please call the office at 508-966-4100. \nYou are required to have a Hoisting Engineer license to operate any hoisting equipment in Massachusetts\, per the 230 CMR 6.00 law.  \nLicense Preparation: This course is designed to prepare the attendee for successful completion of the Hoisting Engineers’ 2s restrictions license test.  Cranes101 recommends that before taking this hoisting license preparation course to be sure to apply for a test date and then schedule/ take the class closest to the test date.  The state’s exam schedule can be found here.   \nWhen planning your license prep course attendance\, please be aware that it can take 4-8 weeks to get a testing date. \nContinuing Education:  Once a Hoisting License has been obtained\, the holder must keep it active by participating in continuing education every 2 years.  This is a safety seminar that will earn the operator his/hers required CEUs.  These courses will allow you to renew your Massachusetts Hoisting Engineer License under any 2s restriction. . Cranes101 is an approved continuing education facility (HECE-000005). \nIf you would like License Preparation or Continuing Education for both a 2s restriction and a 1s restriction\, you may purchase that option below also. Please be advised\, you will need to be here from 8am to 5 pm.  \nCranes101 provides snacks\, drinks and coffee in the training room  Pizza is delivered around 11:30 for those leaving the am session\, arriving for the pm session or those who are trapped all day!
