Cranes101 Open Hoisting License LP/CE Class Registration: Terms & Conditions

By checking the agreement box and completing your registration, you (the “Client” or “Candidate”) agree to the following terms and conditions with Cranes101.

1. Payment & Class Confirmation

  • Immediate Payment Required: Because class sizes are strictly limited, your registration is not finalized and your seat is not guaranteed until payment is successfully authorized via Credit Card or bank ACH at checkout.
  • Enrollment Caps: Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a class reaches capacity, registration will automatically close.

2. Cancellations, No-Shows, & Weather

All cancellation notices must be submitted to Cranes101 in writing.

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled class start time are eligible for a full refund (less any unrecoverable costs, if applicable).
  • No-Shows: If a candidate fails to attend without providing at least 24 hours of written notice, refunds will not be issued. Instead, the candidate will receive a credit toward a future class, which must be used within twelve (12) months of the original class date.
  • Inclement Weather: If a training session must be postponed due to hazardous weather conditions, Cranes101 will establish a rescheduled date. A full refund will be issued to any registered attendee who is unable to attend the new, rescheduled date.

3. General Policies

  • Termination by Cranes101: Cranes101 reserves the right to terminate this agreement and deny training if the client or candidate fails to comply with these terms, or if Cranes101 reasonably believes that continued instruction would breach safety regulations or industry professional conduct rules.
  • Photo & Media Release: By attending this course, you agree to the use of your likeness in Cranes101’s promotional materials (including our website and marketing channels) without monetary compensation or further consideration.
