3A/1C MA Hoisting License Preparation – Scituate Boat Works – CLOSED

You are required to have a Hoisting Engineer license to operate any equipment that lifts over 10 ft in height, over 500 lbs in weight or over 1/4 yard of bucket capacity in Massachusetts, per the 520 CMR 6.00 law. This course is designed to prepare the attendee for successful completion of the Hoisting Engineers’ license test.   

Cranes101 offers these courses for our customers at their location and suggest that all students needing licenses, submit their applications at the same time so they get the same testing date.  We also offer these courses online at cranes101.com AND we hold an open class for the Class 2 and Class 1 licenses on the Saturday before the state’s testing week.

When planning your license prep course, please be aware that it can take 4-8 weeks to get a testing date.
