This training course and assessments have been designed to comply with the qualified rigger requirements of subpart CC – Cranes and Derricks in Construction, as specified in 29 CFR 1926.1401, 1926.1404, and

1926.1425. Competency in these safety standards will allow new operators to understand their role in creating and maintaining a safe work environment.

6. The Rigging Triangle
7. The ABC’s of Sling Selection
8. Inspection Procedures

At the conclusion of the studies a final exam will be given.

Upon successful completion of the course, each student will receive a certificate of completion and a wallet card. Certification is valid for 5 years.
