Legislative & Industry Information

OSHA requires that all crane operators must obtain a nationally accredited license or otherwise meet the conditions of Subpart CC, no matter where you operate in the United States. Our Nationally Accredited crane operator license programs meet the conditions of Subpart CC.
Registering for Cranes101’s Nationally accredited class will get you on track to fulfill OSHA’s crane operator safety requirements for all states, including Hawaii.
To operate a crane in Hawaii, you need to submit certain documents including a copy of your Nationally Accredited Crane Certification.
