OSHA has a new REP directive affecting tree and landscaping companies in New England, which began August 4, 2021. If you are using cranes or aerial lifts to do your treework. this directive affects you, as OSHA inspectors who drive by and see you at work are compelled to stop and do an inspection. This Regional Emphasis Program will be in effect for 5 years, until August 4, 2026.
