Overview
If you cannot attend a class that you have registered for, you are eligible for a refund if you have either given us 5 days notice or have an emergency situation or illness. We will first work with you on whether an alternate date is more appropriate given your situation, but if no accommodation can be made, we will refund your tuition.
People who do not show up to the class as scheduled without any notification are not entitled to a refund,
Refunds
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
