Our repairshop is located in Bellingham, Massachusetts, and keeps many common parts readily in stock. Our mechanics are always up for a challenge, and always perform their repair work to the highest industry standards. We look forward to working with you to get you back to work. Equipment in Our Repair Shop:

Our techs are experienced welders whose experience includes building bodies from scratch. Our stick welders and mig welders and all newer and run true.

Our hydraulic oil stock includes oils like AW22 hydraulic oil, AW32 hydraulic oil, Terasol non petroleum oil and 5606H Aircraft oil. We maintain stock of each to ensure a quick turn around.

#1 rated – Cranes101 added a large format printer to our tool list, giving us the ability to view electrical and hydraulic schematics more easily. Our technical staff is very capable to perform diagnostics in both the electrical and hydraulic worlds, so our customers benefit by our ability to diagnose problems more accurately.

This custom built hydraulic cylinder bench is absolutely first class. The 2 ton portal crane is situated next to the hydraulic to make manhandling large cylinders easy. We built the bench from ¼” steel mill turned plate steel which gives us an ultimate strength for disassembly and reassembly.

Cranes101 stocks both 2 wire hydraulic hose and thermoplastic hose with all the fittings. Our Parker hose machines are fully outfitted to manufacture hoses from 3/16” to 1”. The technicians here have been trained by Parker and carry certificates.

Our repair shop provides corrective maintenance, as well as scheduled preventative maintenance. We can perform pre-authorized repairs and are on-call to travel when you’re unable to bring your equipment into the shop. Our advanced diagnostics help us determine what needs to be done.

These heavy vehicle and mobile equipment service mechanics have done everything from dielectric tests, to forklift and personnel lift repair, to just about any other maintenance or repair job you can think of. Special equipment needs specialized maintenance, and our expert technicians have seen and done it all. And if by some chance you bring us something we haven’t seen before, we have the know-how to figure it out for you.
