This electric and air powered hoisting equipment LP MA license prep course prepares the attendee for successful completion of the 3A Hoisting Engineers’ licensing test under the 520 CMR 6.00 Hoisting Machinery law. This training also meets the requirements mandated in OSHA Overhead and gantry cranes 29CFR1910.179(b)(8), ASME B30.16 and OSH act of 1970 General Duty Clause 5(a)(1). These HE licenses are required to operate overhead cranes in Massachusetts. The continuing education courses provide the credits needed to extend an existing hoisting license every two years.
