Overhead Crane Operator Safety Course with Operator Evaluations – Motion AI – Danvers MA – PRIVATE
This overhead crane operator safety training course covers operation, inspection, rigging, owners’ responsibility and operators’ responsibility. It includes hands-on operator evaluations as well.
This training meets the requirements mandated in OSHA Overhead and gantry cranes 29CFR1910.179(b)(8), ASME B30.16, B30.17 and OSH act of 1970 General Duty Clause 5(a)(1)
A certificate of completion of safety training is awarded by Cranes 101. Â
For full compliance with OSHA, hands-on operator evaluations are required. While this can be done by a supervisor, most of our customers prefer a 3rd party evaluation. Cranes101 offers these evaluations at a discount when combined with the safety training course.
Operators receive a certificate of evaluation as well as a wallet card which includes the make, model and serial number of the equipment they were tested on.

Training Length
- 3 to 4 Hours for the course
- allow 10-15 minutes for each operator qualification to be included. Maximum of 15 evaluations per class
